Mr. V.Ramanthan
Mr. V.Ramanathan a civil engineer who boasts a work experience of more than two decades. As a Chief Executive of a leading contracting firm he has successfully completed projects including high rise buildings, shopping malls, industrial structures,large scale housing projects. Later he started Aadithya Structurals bring in the vast expertise which specializes in every aspect of construction and infrastructure development. To name a few pile foundation, structural fabrication, structural glazing, underground construction, specialized floorings etc. He does projects on turnkey basis with proper planning as well as meticulous handling of projects. He has worked with more than 24 architects and consultants. Adding feather to his illustrious career his assignments includes expansion and renovation of French Consulate in Pondicherry, parking building in Cochin airport, administration block for Bharat Petroleum in Coimbatore, OXY chlorination plant at Mettur for Chemplast Sanmar. He has been pillar of strength and support for Aashiyanaconstructions in executing our Shiv Kamal Project.

Mr. K. Chinnaiyan B.E
A civil engineering graduate from Bharatidasan University with more than 20 years international exposure. In Saudi Arabia he has constructed a seven storey hospital and residential buildings using Precast technology. In Singapore he was part of a core team in a multinational construction company which reclaimed Jurong island and constructed underground Metro rail station. He was also associated with a Australian construction giant Leighton Gulf in Dubai in building a horse racing facility. Galvanizing his experience he executed projects more than US $ 1000 million. After moving back to Chennai he has been instrumental in setting up a new precast production facility for Best& Crompton engineering. His core competence comes is in managing large scale construction projects with expertise in planning, scheduling, executing projects with a flair for adopting modern methodology.
